If the item has been delivered with damage
We are responsible for your order until you have physically received it. All our deliveries are insured and in order to request a claim from insurance companies we must submit documents proving that the damage happened in transit. Upon delivery, immediately check your package and item. Write down the damage and take pictures. You must claim the damage within two days of delivery. If no claim is made, the item will be considered fully accepted. Marble By Me reserves the right to inspect, repair and replace goods at its sole discretion. Contact us within two days of delivery and provide us with the following information:
- Order number
- Name, address, phone number and email address
- Pictures of the damaged item (picture of the damaged packaging, full picture of the item and the damage, close-up damage)
- Description of incident
- Request for full refund, partial refund or new item
After approval from the insurance company, we will start processing based on your request with compensation or full refund without extra charge. In case of damage that is very small and not visible or acceptable to you, we will inform the insurance company that you keep the item and ask for a partial refund at your request.
Return policy EU customers
According to EU law, customers have 14 days after delivery to return their item and ask for a refund. EU buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee (45% of total price). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Please note that for the return to be accepted, the item must not have been used. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition as when it was delivered, this also applies to the original packaging. Marble By Me is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, so send your return well packaged. We recommend that you ask for a receipt when you return goods to us. Up to 100% deduction can be made if the returned product is used, damaged or otherwise deteriorated, which means that we cannot sell the item.
Refunds will be made when the return has been received and approved by us. You will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. When returning, always contact us via email before sending the item, hello@marblebyme.com.
Return policy for customers outside the EU
Due to the nature of our goods, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for standard, custom or personalized orders.
Taxes and fees for international orders outside the EU
When you buy products in our webshop for delivery to countries outside the EU, local taxes and charges may apply. It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any additional taxes and fees that may be incurred. We are not responsible for delays due to customs
Exchanges and Cancellations
We accept exchanges or cancellations within two days of purchase. For cancellation, we will refund your money. The refunds are sometimes immediate and sometimes it takes a few banking days before it's back in your bank account. Contact us at hello@marblebyme.com.
